As a provider of quality home health services provided in the comfort of the patient's home, we believe in a cost-effective approach customized to meet the patient's needs. Our services are available, accessible and cordinated with other health care services.
Skilled Nursing Services
The registered nurse provides supervision for patient services, makes assessments and performs treatments under the direction of a doctor. Services provided include but are not limited to:

- Diet Instruction/Evaluation/Teaching
- Medication Management/Teaching
- Ostomy Care

Home Health Aides - A certified nurse asistant provides assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, exercising and other personal care as well as light housekeeping.
Medical Social Services - Social workers help the client and family meet the social and emotional needs of caring for a loved one at home, and identify sources of financial assistance.
Personal Care Services
Personal Care Assistants will help with activities of daily living and personal care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Services available in the following counties: Midland, Andrews, Howard, Martin,and Ector counties.

Rehabilitation Therapy
Therapists work with patients to improve the quality of everyday living and to achieve the highest possible level of independence. Home therapy may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and nutritional therapy.
